3.1 miles of rolling hills through town.
8k:
Includes much of the rolling 5k course plus two miles of scenic running along the paved trail and foot bridges adjacent to Saylorville Lake
Fee:
$20 or $50/family

AGES: 3 to 8
Sign up* will be at Reising Sun Café Friday July 22nd or Saturday July 23rd before race.
Every child participant in Kids Run or 5K race will receive a prize.
Kids race will be broken into age groups. 3 & 4 year olds; 5 & 6 year olds; 7 & 8 year olds. Oldest group will be running half a mile and the younger groups running shorter distances.

Volleyball Tournament
Sign your team up now for a chance at bragging rights and prizes in our adult coed sand volleyball tournament during Polk City’s 4 Seasons Celebration!
Location: All Seasons Park, Polk City
Date: Saturday, July 23th, 2011
Fee: $25.00 due upon registration
Start Time: 8:00 a.m. End time determined by number of teams registered.
Each team will play best two out of three games to 25 points (rally, win by two, no point cap), double elimination tournament. Prizes will be awarded to first place winners.
Injuries and Liability: The City of Polk City does not carry insurance to cover participants in the Adult Volleyball Tournament. Upon registration, every participant assumes the risk of any injuries they may sustain during tournament play. Teams agree to hold harmless and indemnify the City of Polk City or its appointed staff on case of accident/injury or loss as a result of participation in the tournament.
